2.1 Hand-Selected Treasures

We take pride in describing each Boho Soul rug and bathroom accessory with care. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our products. If precise matching is crucial for your sanctuary, please contact us before ordering.

2.2 Availability

Our children’s furniture and popular pedestal mats sometimes sell quickly. While we update stock regularly, occasionally an item may become unavailable after ordering. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly with alternatives or a full refund.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Creating Your Order

When you select items like our 60x110cm rugs or candles & diffusers, they’re placed in your basket but not reserved until payment completes. Review your selections carefully before checkout – each piece is chosen to complement your space.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation listing your boho treasures. This marks the beginning of our 1-2 business day preparation process in our Cambridge studio.

4. Payment Terms

4.2 Pricing Transparency

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs (£12.95 standard or free for orders over £50) will be clearly displayed before payment. International customers may face additional customs charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Each rug and children’s storage solution is wrapped with the same care we’d want for our own home items. Processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.

5.2 Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders >£50): Via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to Asia or certain remote areas due to logistical constraints.

6. Returns & Refunds

If a piece doesn’t resonate with your space, you may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Hygiene-sensitive items (opened candles, used bath mats) cannot be returned.

7.2 Receiving Deliveries

Check packages immediately upon arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours to qualify for replacement of items like our fragile clocks or cookware.

7.3 International Customers

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes, which vary by country. These won’t be refunded if you return items.
