Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas. If you’re unsure, simply begin checkout – our system will alert you if we can’t deliver to your location. Large items like bathroom furniture may have additional restrictions.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is carefully hand-wrapped in our Cambridge boutique within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your rattan baskets or linen bedding are dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery because we believe in the perfect fit for your space. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
